In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Webease Tech, and “you” refers to the person or organisation using Denshees.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the hosted Denshees service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The self-hosted version of Denshees is governed by its open-source licence rather than these terms, except where you also use our hosted service.

Denshees is an outreach platform that lets you run multi-stage email campaigns from your own connected email accounts, manage contacts and a CRM pipeline, track opens and replies, and use AI features to draft and personalise messages.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. If a change takes away something you have paid for, we will tell you in advance.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Denshees sends email through email accounts that you connect. You are the sender of every message, and you are responsible for its content and for complying with all applicable law. You agree that you will not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam laws
• Send to purchased, scraped, or otherwise non-consented contact lists where consent is legally required
• Continue sending to any recipient who has asked you to stop, or who has unsubscribed
• Send content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes another party's rights
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or use misleading sender details or subject lines
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent offers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with other users' use of the service
• Resell or sublicense the hosted service without a written agreement with us

You must also comply with the terms of your own email provider, including any sending limits they impose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and we may do so without notice where the breach is serious or ongoing.

Current prices are published on our Pricing page. Paid plans are one-time purchases that grant lifetime account access as described there and in clause 7. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of 18% GST, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.

Payments are collected through a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. Purchased sends and AI credits are used up as you use the service and do not expire.

“Lifetime access” means your account and purchased balances remain available for as long as we operate the hosted service, with a committed minimum of 24 months from your date of purchase.

If we decide to discontinue the hosted service, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email, refund unused balances on a pro-rata basis, and provide an export of your data. Because Denshees is open source, you may also continue running it yourself at no licence cost.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery of access is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Contacts, message content, and campaign data you upload remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, and transmit that data in order to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

The Denshees source code is released under the MIT licence and your rights to it are governed by that licence. The Denshees name, logo, and the hosted service itself remain the property of Webease Tech.

The hosted service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not guarantee any particular deliverability, open rate, reply rate, interview, or business outcome. Email delivery depends on your connected email provider and on recipient mail servers, which are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data, or for any action taken by your email provider against your account.

You agree to indemnify Webease Tech against claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or applicable law, including claims relating to the messages you send.

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination for breach, unused balances are not refundable, as set out in the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page and the “last updated” date is revised. Material changes will be notified by email where we hold your address.
