Billing data. Your billing name, email, and payment history. Card numbers, UPI PINs, and net-banking credentials are handled entirely by our payment gateway and are never received or stored by us.

Email account credentials. To send on your behalf, we store the SMTP and IMAP connection settings you provide. These are stored encrypted and are used only to send and read mail for your campaigns.

Campaign data. The contacts you upload, the message templates you write, and the resulting delivery, open, and reply records.

Usage and technical data. Log data, IP address, browser type, and basic analytics about how the product is used.

3. Data about your contacts

When you upload a contact list, you provide us with personal data about other people. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to process that data and to contact those individuals. We process it only to operate the service for you. We never use your contact lists for our own marketing, never sell them, and never share them with other users.

4. How we use your data

  • To provide, operate, and support the service
  • To send campaign email on your behalf through your connected accounts
  • To process payments, issue invoices, and prevent fraud
  • To generate AI drafts and personalisation when you use those features
  • To communicate service notices, security alerts, and support replies
  • To improve the product and diagnose faults
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
  • To send marketing about our own products, only with your consent and with an opt-out in every message

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary with providers who help us run the service:

  • Payment gateway providers, to process payments and issue refunds
  • Cloud hosting and managed database providers, to store and serve the application
  • Email verification providers, when you choose to verify a list
  • AI/LLM providers, to generate drafts from the input you supply
  • Analytics and error-monitoring providers

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or to enforce our terms. Some of these providers process data outside India; where that happens we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your campaign data and connected email credentials within 30 days, and retain only the financial records we are legally required to keep, usually eight years under Indian tax law.

7. Security

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive fields
  • Email account credentials stored encrypted, never in plain text
  • Access controls limiting who can reach production data
  • Regular dependency and security review

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences, plus basic analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking them may break sign-in.
